Our Guarantee

We believe that we should earn your business. If we do not do what we say we’re going to do, you can walk away from our contract for any reason or no reason at all with 24 hour written notice. The fact is, I don’t want to be in business with someone that I don’t feel is doing a good job, and neither should you.” ~ Peter Kima

Our team leader, Peter Kima, often references that his family has one contract, a Verizon contract, and that’s it. He doesn’t like contracts, but due to Commission rules and regulations, they are a necessity in the real estate industry.

There’s a lot of risk in both time and marketing dollars to list and marketing the home, and that risk falls on us. We do not charge a retainer fee like a lot of other top agents. We believe in earning the business.

One of the many values of a team is being able to reach out to more than one person. If you need to communicate with someone on our team and you can’t reach one of us, there are additional people to reach out to. Our clients have access to each team member’s direct cell phone number. While we do have person lives and kids baseball games on the weekends, school events, vacations, etc (we’re humans just like you) – we do strive to have someone on the team always within reach for our clients. Feedback Follow-Up

We get it! We understand how important it is for sellers to get real feedback and not just generic feedback that’s plugged into a computer. We dig deeper. We attempt to have conversations with the showing agents about your home. This allows both the seller and our team to adjust accordingly if need be to quality feedback.

Another powerful level of communication that we are highly engaged on is feedback after showings. We won’t stop asking for that feedback from the showing agents until we get it. It’s crucial for both the sellers and us as the listing team to have that feedback from the potential buyers and the showing agents perspectives. While some agents will let the showing system send out the emails asking for feedback and leave it at that, we will pick up the phone and call daily – sometimes multiple times a day – asking for feedback until we have an answer. As sellers, we know how important this feedback is, whether there is potential interest or not.

The Power of Keller Williams

Keller Williams is proud to be the largest real estate franchise as it stands by agent count in the world with more than 900 offices and 173,000 associates across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia. In 2017, Training Magazine named Keller Williams the No. 1 training organization across all industries worldwide. This means that our team is exposed to the best of the best when it comes to training to be the most educated for you, the client.

in 2017, Keller Williams had more agent teams ranked in Real Trends by both closed transactions and in sales volume than any other real estate franchise. Also this year, Keller Williams landed the #3 spot for Happiest Places To Work For in 2017 list by Forbes Magazine.

Between the training behind Keller Williams, and the culture that it’s leaders emphasize, the agents and teams that make up Keller Williams are some of the best in the business.

It is important that you know who you are in business, and what is important to them. It all matters. It’s important to surround yourself with like-minded people and those who push you to be a better person. Being part of the largest real estate franchise in the world means so much more if you believe what they believe in, and we do! Keller Williams has formalized a belief system called the WI4C2TS – and it guides how we treat each other day in and day out, and how we do business with one another.
